At Limitless 369 Amino, all of our products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or veterinary use. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

Because of the sensitive nature of our compounds, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been shipped and delivered, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this occurs, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, and the item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for return.

Refunds are granted only in cases where an incorrect product was sent, the item was damaged in transit, or it was defective upon arrival. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping fees unless the error was on our part.

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email support@limitless369amino.com with your order number and clear photos of the product issue so we can assist you quickly.

Certain items are non-returnable under any circumstances, including opened vials, clearance products, custom or special orders, and any product not in its original condition.
